We would like to thank you for all your help with our insurance settlement. Coming home to smoke pouring out of our windows and then surveying the damage to our home and possessions, including many heirlooms and irreplaceable personal treasures, was a very devastating experience. We, however, were able to remind ourselves that we were quite lucky. The fire department got here in time to contain the fire to just the one room, no one was hurt and of course we had a good insurance policy which would allow us to rebuild our home and at least re-clothe ourselves and replace our furniture.
